Find the real friction
The ten minutes between noticing something on site and raising it properly. The spreadsheet someone rebuilds every Monday. The approval that waits for a document nobody can find. Small, repeated, expensive.
MRT Ventures — AI venture studio
We create AI-native products for industries where the work happens in the field. Construction first. Built with the people who will use them, from the first day on site.
01 — The approach
Most AI products start from a model and go looking for a problem. We start from a job someone does every day, and only build when the friction is real and the person is ready to test with us.
The ten minutes between noticing something on site and raising it properly. The spreadsheet someone rebuilds every Monday. The approval that waits for a document nobody can find. Small, repeated, expensive.
One senior team, one product, one process. Documentation as a source of truth, updated with every change. No microservices, queues or native apps without evidence of a real problem.
Design partners before marketing. Real devices, real documents, destructive tests. A feature that is technically complete but hard to use is not complete.
02 — Ventures
One product at a time, taken all the way to a paying pilot before the next one starts.
Turn a site finding into a short, review-ready, reference-backed QA observation.
A QA/QC engineer notices something on site. Between that moment and a defensible observation in Aconex, ACC or Procore sit ten minutes of finding the governing drawing, checking the revision and writing the wording. QORA compresses that gap, and stops short of pretending to do the engineer's job.
How it works
Illustrative flow with sample data.
A job someone does every day. A person ready to test with us. A friction worth a product, not a feature. If you live one of these and would rather not, we would like to hear exactly how it hurts.
03 — How we work
A product should feel simpler to use as it becomes more technically sophisticated. If it feels more complex, the design is wrong.
Anything a model extracts or suggests is a proposal until a person confirms it. The record belongs to the human.
Decisions are taken on evidence and return, by people who own the outcome, and written down as they are made.
Benchmarks, real-device tests and field pilots before any statement about what a product can do.
04 — The studio
MRT Ventures FZE LLC was incorporated in September 2026 in the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. One founder, one product in pilot, and a short list of things we are good at.
Products and internal tools, end to end: web, installable mobile apps, AI integration, and the unglamorous parts that make them hold up in use.
Pipelines, storage and the operations around them, run with the same discipline as a product: one process, backups that have actually been restored, no surprises.
Turning documents, photographs and records into structured, traceable data that a person can check, with the source beside every result.
Senior help to decide what to build, what to buy and what to leave alone, before a line of code is written.
A product earns its next feature with evidence from the field, not with a slide on a roadmap.
We are not a fund and we are not an agency. We build products we would have wanted ourselves, with the people who will use them, and we keep them small and honest until they have earned the right to grow.

05 — Questions
The questions we get first, answered the way we would answer them in a meeting.
MRT Ventures is an AI venture studio founded in 2026 in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. It builds AI-native software products for industries where the work happens in the field, starting with construction, together with the people who will use them. It is founder-led and licensed for software development, data processing and hosting, data classification and analysis, and IT consulting.
QORA is AI-assisted QA/QC software for construction sites. A QA/QC engineer takes a photo of a finding; QORA proposes what it sees, the engineer decides what to keep; QORA retrieves the governing requirement from the approved project documents and drafts a short, reference-backed observation with a permanent code, kept in the project's register and report. It works on a phone and captures offline.
No. QORA is the cognitive and documentation step before an issue is raised. The engineer raises the coded observation in the client's system of record, which keeps the workflow, assignment and closure. QORA does not certify compliance and does not replace the engineer's judgement.
QA/QC engineers, inspection teams, contractors and consultants on construction and fit-out projects who want faster, better-referenced observations. Pilots run with design partners on live projects, in the United Arab Emirates first.
MRT Ventures FZE LLC is registered in the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, with its office in Amber Gem Tower, Ajman. The studio works with teams anywhere; site pilots start in the UAE.
Write to hello@mrtventures.com with the project, the size of the QA/QC team and how observations are raised today. The founder replies personally.
